Jay W Floyd, MD, is a family medicine provider at Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Primary Care in Brunswick, GA. He treats patients of all ages, from cradle to grave, for a variety of health issues. He joined the Navy after being accepted to medical school, and served overseas for seven years. When he isn't practicing medicine, he enjoys ballroom dancing with his wife.
