Dr. Jazmine Collins, NP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in hospitalist care, family medicine, wound care, and transitional care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Alcorn State University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (Leadership Track) from Abilene Christian University. Dr. Collins is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care, ensuring that every patient feels valued and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
