Jenkins Painting, llc is a painting company specializing in the removal of failed wood coatings/stain and the application of high-perfomance wood coatings on log cabins Certified applicator for PPG ProLuxe® and Sashco® wood coating systems Inter-mountain states coverage Our dedicated coating removal system is chemical stripping, we use and recomend Dumond Chemicals, Inc products especially. Smart strip™ Pro - while media blasting is a good option, we believe that chemical stripping does not remove any of the hand-drawn texturing left by a draw knife, followed up with a mechanical sand or the use of osborn buffing brushes that the surface of the logs/timbers will have a more appealing finish
