About us
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with more than 20 years of experience in nursing. Throughout my work in various acute care settings, I have become passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health care throughout an individual’s life span. My intensive medical background has given me strong clinical skills in assessment and diagnosing, with the natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. I follow evidence-based guidelines integrated with my clinical experience, observational skills, and intuition. My role as a PMHNP is multifaceted, including serving as an educator, mental health advocate, therapist, problem solver, and care coordinator.
