Coming from an Asian background where there is a strong stigma surrounding mental health, expressing emotions is very difficult. I understand you may find it hard to express yourself – when you stuff your feelings back inside because that’s what you’re used to doing. However, I opened myself, developed an insight into my struggles, and worked with my therapist.
Now, it’s my turn. I want to reach out to make a difference. To help build the new version of you. I’ll provide a safe, confidential, supportive, and judgment-free environment so you can explore coping skills and achieve a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
