Jerleshia Fields, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida with over 13 years of nurse practitioner experience and 23 years in healthcare. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Indiana State University. Ms. Fields provides telehealth-based primary care services including preventive care, acute and chronic condition management, medication management, and medical weight management in accordance with Florida law and clinical guidelines.
