About us
Dr. Jessica Cioffi, M.D., FACS, is a hepatobiliary surgeon at Piedmont Hospital. Dr. Cioffi earned her medical degree at the University of Vermont. She completed her general surgery training and residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She finalized her training with an additional fellowship in HepatoPancreatoBiliary Surgery at Indiana University. Dr. Cioffi is board-certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract, the Pancreas Club, the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, and the Association of Women Surgeons. Dr. Cioffi's clinical focus is in hepatobiliary surgery, including cancer of the liver, pancreas, gallbladder and biliary system. She also focuses on benign disease processes including acute and chronic pancreatitis, liver cysts and tumors, gallbladder disease, and general surgical procedures in the setting of cirrhosis. Dr. Cioffi also has formal training in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Cioffi is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
