Tim Harley did a very complete and professional job of assessing our needs, taking time with us, explaining everything, etc. He gave us a quote that day and came back with samples and final pricing when we asked him to. Actually, the other quote was very close to theirs, but the person seemed to be in a hurry and we received their quote 10 days later. Bottom line, Tim did a great job. Actually, all your people did.
