Jill Kolchinsky, APRN, is a certified family nurse practitioner with Saint Luke's Primary Care. Jill has clinical interests in preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. She is passionate about patient care and performs routine physicals, screenings, and vaccinations. Jill has many years of experience as a nurse practitioner hospital medicine and internal medicine.
