I work with adults and adolescents with a wide variety of issues. I have worked in a juvenile detention setting, a school setting, and an outpatient mental health facility. JLR stands for Joyful Lifestyle Recovery. My mission is to assist you in recovering the joy that you once had in your life. I will work hard to help you achieve the tools needed to get your life back! I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Patient well-being is my number one priority.
