DO NOT HIRE! JMD General Contractors are scam artists. Jim was hired to build a deck in my yard. After taking money up front, he disappeared. After repeated calls, I gave up and hired another contractor, who finished the job. The contractor who completed my deck pointed out that Jim did not properly secure the railings, and they would have separated after a while if people leaned on them. Jim is a nice guy, but I consider him a very good con man.
