Service Information: As an authorized Copystar dealer, we service all of the models we sell. In addition, we will service the Kyocera Mita brand as well. We also service select models of Gestetner, Ricoh, Lanier, and Savin copiers. Service Rates: Service rates are $100.00 an hour + parts with a 1 hour minimum. First time customers are COD. * Unlike other dealers, we do not charge travel time or mileage to our customers. Service Area: Greater Pittsburgh Area, parts of West Virginia & Ohio. Service Contracts: Contracts are available on all new and refurbished equipment that we sell. Contracts start at 12,000 copies per year and increase in 12,000 copy increments. For customers running large volume, we offer Cost Per Copy contracts. We offer complete & full coverage contracts.
