I just got my sauna last week. It only took me and my son 2 hours to assemble it and have it working. We ran into a couple of small issues but JNH customer service was great resolving them quickly and to our satisfaction. My son was so impressed he bought one yesterday. It works great and I am very pleased

I am very happy with my purchase. The shipping company lost the first sauna, but when notified of this, JNH immediately shipped a replacement. JNH has been very good to work with, they have very close customer support, both via phone, and email.
I would recommend this to a friend.

I set it up with my friend didn't take too long like an hour and a half and works really good i'm actually really impressed I recommend this to all people looking to buy a sauna.
