Exclusive high-end private personal fitness training facility - all by appointment. The facility has over 100 commercial resistance pieces and hundreds of ancillary fitness pieces. The training facility is 5,000 sq. feet and the locker and shower area are large, clean, and modern. We boast some of the most modern pieces of equipment like the commercial grade Power Plate, Earthquake Bars, Tsunami Bars, Glute Drive, and all sorts of other equipment. We also do diagnostic body fat testing, strength testing, and have flexible scheduling for clients. Joe Grasso has been in business for 35 years.
