My wife and I have been selling real estate in Sarasota and Manatee Counties for the past 13 years. Our focus has always on being a trusted adviser for our customers helping buy or sell real estate in our region. . Our sales quickly grew to where we have become one of the leading real estate agent teams in our area. For 2014 we successfully closed 158 transactions. Today we have a team including full time buyer''s agents, a full time office assistant, and a group of trusted service professionals we rely on because of their integrity. We have been consistently the top listing and selling agents for our office and region.

Several years ago we moved to a team approach to ensure that each of our clients receives the best attention. Finishing 2014 as the Coldwell Banker #1 Realtor team for units sold in Manatee and Sarasota Counties was an achievement that we are very proud of, as well as achieving as an individual the 5 Star Award from Sarasota Magazine for now the 10th year in a row.
