I hired this man to paint my upstairs and downstairs rooms, as well as to remove and replace old wallpaper in one room and do some minor repairs around the house. Here are my main concerns: He did not prepare the surfaces he painted, so already I have had to re-do over half of the work he did. He installed the new wallpaper over the old wallpaper, as he said the old wallpaper was too hard to remove, and he installed several sections of his wallpaper with the design sideways. I had to remove both layers of wallpaper and repair the places where he cracked the walls before I repainted them. His repair of the cracks in the living room ceiling worsened the condition to the point that a chunk of ceiling landed with a loud crash on the sofa at 3 a.m. and necessitated the complete reconstruction of the ceiling.
