This place has the worst service department ever! Every time I have to bring my bike in for service, they end up causing a completely different problem i.e i needed to get my head gasket replaced, and when my bike was returned, I had a gas leak that was caused by the mechanic improperly mounting my gas tank. There have been a few other instances. I was told by the service depart well this bike is known for having problems, why did you even buy it? Now I'm not sure, but I am pretty sure that that is useful information and would have come in very handily on the day I was buying my bike. Last complaint I have is that the last time I went in for a part (anti vibration handle bar weights) I was told there is no such product made. However, when I took a look for myself, they had several different sizes in stock. I feel that the parts department should probably be knowledgeable of the parts that are made/ in stock. Kiley's Cycle World...SUCKS!!!!
