Mary M. John, Attorney

Mary M. John is a partner in the law firm of Eaton, John, Overbey & Welles, LLP, practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and business law. Mary has more than 20 years of experience preparing wills and trusts, handling business and real estate transactions, and administering trusts and estates. Mary also has been an Estate Planning and Probate instructor for the University of Wisconsin Law School's "Lawyering Skills" class, and is a member of the National Academy of Elderlaw Attorneys.
