Dr. John Mauro is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and is an attending ophthalmologist at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary/Mount Sinai and Northport Veterans Administration Medical Center. He specializes in cataract and LASIK surgery as well as treatment of patients with autoimmune disorders and Uveities or ocular inflammatory disease. He serves as Chief of Ophthalmology at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, Smithtown, New York and is also an attending ophthalmologist at Stony Brook University Hospital and Northwell Hospital.
