John R. Valentine is a Member of Illumine Legal. Mr. Valentine has significant experience in both estate planning and trust and estate administration, as well as the representation of tax-exempt organizations.

Mr. Valentine’s estate planning practice involves counseling clients and drafting documents to address the tax, family, medical, asset management, probate, and other concerns that are part of the planning process. He advises clients on various charitable giving techniques, including the use of private foundations, donor-advised funds, and split-interest trusts. Mr. Valentine assists clients in probate and trust/estate administration matters, including the representation of fiduciaries in judicial proceedings.
