John Verna, PA-C, is a board-certified gastroenterology physician assistant who sees patients 18 and older. He addresses a range of conditions affecting the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver, gallbladder and colon. Conditions he treats include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gallstones, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, hepatitis B and C, and metabolic dysfunction-associated liver diseases (MASLD and MASH). He assists with colon cancer screenings and GI pill camera endoscopies. This practice is a part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri.
