**PLEASE DO NOT CALL ASKING ABOUT CRACKED LCD OR PLASMA SCREENS SINCE THEY CANNOT BE FIXED. THE ONLY THING THAT CAN BE DONE WITH A CRACKED SCREEN IS FOR IT TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE, AND IN MANY INSTANCES THE SCREEN MAY EXCEED THE COST OF THE TV ITSELF** Our service calls are free with any major repair. (Service calls are normally $65.00 in Colorado Springs, and $85.00 beyond that area).
