About us
Dr. Jonathan Taylor received his Bachelors of Science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from East Carolina University and earned his medical degree from the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine. He completed his urology residency at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. Prior to joining the Physicians East team, Dr. Taylor served area patients at Eastern Urological Associates along with serving as an associate clinical instructor for the Department of Surgery at ECU. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is currently the chair of the robotics committee at Vidant Medical Center. Outside of medicine, Dr. Taylor enjoys basketball and tennis as well as landscaping. He loves spending time helping his wife, Kimberly, coach the middle school Science Olympiad team, and spending time with his sons, Cameron and Jordan.
