Dr. Ruiz earned his Bachelor of Science and medical degree from Louisiana State University, completing his medical training at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He then honed his expertise during a rigorous residency at St. Luke’s Woman’s Hospital in New York City.
