Dr. Joshua E. Ryan is a board-certified neurosurgeon with Northwell Health, specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery, complex spinal fusions, and cranial procedures. He is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care that prioritizes both safety and quality of life for his patients.Dr. Ryan earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to complete his residency in neurological surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, where he trained extensively in both traditional and minimally invasive surgical techniques. He is board certified in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.With a patient-first philosophy, Dr. Ryan takes the time to educate and empower each individual, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatment options tailored to their unique needs.
