Dr. Joshua Fowler is a Louisiana-based primary care physician who specializes in internal medicine. He completed his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he went on to perform his residency. Dr. Fowler currently sees patients at Ochsner Medical Center - West Bank, as well as Ochsner Health Center - Belle Meade.
