In 2023, JourneyCare Hospice and Palliative Care expanded their services to include home health. As part of this expansion, Addus Home Health and Apple Home Healthcare both transitioned to the brand JourneyCare Home Health. JourneyCare Home Health provides services which include service work, skilled nursing, home health aides; and physical, occupational and speech therapy. These services are offered across the Chicagoland area and throughout Northeast Illinois.
