Our traditional full body massage in Round Lake Beach, IL

Our couples massage is different from all other types of massages as it involves
two individuals and two massage therapists. Just like with any massage,
this massage type can have physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

A sports massage specifically for active individuals used to improve performances,
aid in body maintenance, and to assist in the healing process from injury or exertion.
This session is designed to increase circulation of the blood and lymph fluids while
increasing range of motion.

Reflexology, called "Zone Therapy" using gentle to firm finger pressure to an acupressure point
on the feet ankles and legs to relieve plantar fasciitis.

Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers,
elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device.
The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of
body stress or pain.
