About us
Joy Yango FNP-C, PMHNP- BC, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Nursing. She has worked as a nurse practitioner since 2015 and completed additional post master's coursework in mental health.
As a nurse practitioner, she helps manage patients' overall care. In addition to seeing patients for routine check-ups, she can diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions such diabetes, high blood pressure, infections, and injuries. She prescribes necessary medications and other treatments, and she enjoys working directly with patients and making a positive impact on them and their families. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in November 2023.
