Julianna A. Fajardo, DNP, FNP-BC, RN is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at the Chicago Cardiology Institute, offering expert cardiovascular and critical care. With a Doctorate from Rush University and multiple clinical certifications, she brings years of advanced nursing experience to patient care and education. Julianna also serves as a Visiting Professor at Chamberlain University, mentoring future nurses. Dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care, she’s recognized for her leadership and commitment to improving health outcomes.
