Dr. Julie Gross DC MSACN began her career in emergency services in 2000 as an Emergency Medical Technician, providing critical care throughout the Western New York area. This early hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments shaped her commitment to improving healthcare accessibility, efficiency, and patient-centered solutions.
In 2004, Dr. Gross earned her Bachelors degree in Sociology from Buffalo State University, providing her with a deep understanding of social structures, healthcare disparities, and human behavior—key insights that would later shape her leadership in healthcare innovation.
