Julie Jacobs, LPC- the founder of Windhorse Counseling. Julie is a licensed professional counselor that graduated from Argosy University in 2004. Julie worked in private practice, making home visits. She then joined the Kyrene School District, where she has been a middle school counselor for the past thirteen years.
