About us
I help people who feel like they’re not good enough develop a deep and broad practice of unconditional self care, self compassion and, eventually, self love. This work heals early childhood experiences of rejection and emotional neglect or abandonment. It transforms a mean inner critic into an ally and protector. It calms anxiety and irritation, and it soothes depression.
This skillset is even more important if you’re dealing with anxiety or grief around the coronavirus – and who isn’t right now? When life becomes overwhelming, we need our own love and care more than ever. I would be so glad to teach you what I’ve learned in overcoming my own “not-good-enough” beliefs – that you are a tender and gentle soul, wildly deserving of your own kindness and care.
