I have years of experience in the field of mental health and as a nurse by training, my philosophy is always client centered and holistic. I am here to help with your mental health needs, and I value your input into the plan of care we decide on together. We will discuss all the options including psychiatric medications, therapy, and alternative approaches to find solutions to the difficulties you may be facing. I see most people by Telehealth, but if in-person is preferable, I have an in-person clinic every Friday.
