Juquila Mexican Cuisine proudly serves traditional Mexican dishes with pride and joy to our customers, in the expectancy to provide them with the highest level of food flavor satisfaction, which is the most important factor in our business: your complete satisfaction. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We use only fresh ingredients from local farmers and dairy products, including imports directly from Mexico. We have delivery service in the local area, but the most delicious things we carry are our home-style traditional recipes which we have collected (by hand) from our senior ladies back in Oaxaca (and other areas in Mexico) to keep and save the original flavor that characterizes them and to offer you all that tradition in your plate. We also take pride in having a kid-friendly environment. Owner Christobal Bonilla and his wife Ms. Rosa Mendez, who are local to Elmhurst, NY, have more than 25 years as experienced chefs in Manhattan's top restaurants, such as Blue Fin, Blue Water Grill, and Dos Caminos. Mr. Bonilla has been a chef for celebrities, city mayors, and even former presidents of the United States. Both Chef Bonilla and Ms. Rosa Mendez are in deep touch with this Latino area and know about their likes and dislikes about the Mexican cuisine, and they fulfill all their expectations and demands.
