About us
Justin S. Han, MD is an Associate Professor of Urology and Residency Program Director for the Hofstra-Northwell Zucker School of Medicine Urology Residency Program. Dr. Han serves as the Director of Male Reconstructive Urology and Prosthetics at the Smith Institute for Urology and is a specialist in urologic reconstruction and male incontinence. Dr. Han received his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed his urology residency training at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Han joined the Smith Institute for Urology at Northwell Health following a fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstruction and Prosthetics at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.Dr. Han's clinical and academic interests include urethral strictures, urologic prosthetics, erectile dysfunction, and male voiding dysfunction. He has a strong focus on resident medical education and mentorship as well as healthcare quality and improvement. His fellowship training focused on a variety of reconstructive surgeries, including urethroplasty, artificial urinary sphincter, male slings, Peyronie's reconstruction, and minimally invasive surgery. Beyond technical skills, Dr. Han is dedicated to improving his patients' quality of life and providing compassionate, patient-centered care. His complete focus is on helping patients regain control of their lives and restoring their quality of life.
