JWA Landscape And Concrete was founded by John Anderson in 1981. Unlike many other companies, JWA obtains licenses in Landscape Contracting, Concrete, and General Building Construction allowing JWA to be customers one stop shop for all their landscaping and electrical needs. No need to hire any third party companies, JWA does it all (except pools and engineering).

Owner and Founder John Anderson single-handedly put his experience as a Real Estate Broker to work helping clients optimize their home's value. Quickly he added staff to broaden his company's ability to assist clients whose design priorities range from augmenting home value, to accommodating children, to executing the myriad of landscape styles that are as many as there are clients.

John aggressively acquired the best personnel, judging them on their technical knowledge, their ability to effectively communicate with clients, as well as educate clients, and himself, about their fields and the practical and style options they contain.
