Contracted K & R to pressure wash the house, concrete, and fence and to Paint the exterior and foyer (high walls).
Very pleased with the job. K&R came out to quote the job and was very up front and reasonable with any additional repairs they ran in to. They were able to work me into their schedule the next day and about a week after they quoted the job, the project was complete. The fence looks great after the cleaning and the house, inside and out was done beautifully, above and beyond our expectations. Any quality issues were very minor and quickly resolved. For the number of jobs K&R were managing, they were very organized and professional executing their schedule. We discovered K&R from a job they did across the street. They were also very satisfied with the work that was done. Great job and would recommend to anyone.
