About us
Through active listening and thoughtful questioning I am able to bring you a very interdisciplinary approach to your wellness needs. I have always been active (youth soccer, high school, college sports) and all of those years of "pounding the pavement" literally paved my way for the appreciation and beauty of movement. It was an easy pick to study Sports Medicine/Athletic Training for my undergrad degree at San Diego State University, and then my Masters in Physical Therapyat Old Dominion. I have also completed my Postural Restoration studies and am Certified in this approach to healing, pain management and movement.
