About us
Karen Hughes began her nursing career more than 25 years ago with a focus on general medicine, diabetes, and renal disease. She holds a BSN from The Ohio State University, MSN from Capital University, PhD from Capella University, and Post-Masters FNP from Otterbein University. As she advanced her role as an educator and as a Nurse Practitioner, she has had a broad scope of family practice experience with a focus on older patients with multiple and complex chronic illnesses. Karen’s passion is to educate and empower patients to play an active role in their wellness and help them achieve their wellness goals.
