Karin Kucera is co-founder and principal of Valley Vista and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) with more than four years of experience in real estate sales and property management. She was recently named by Fresno Magazine one of the top 100 realtors in Fresno County and has earned the "Five Star" award from Fresno Magazine for "Best in Client Satisfaction" two years in a row. Previously Karin was named by Fresno Magazine one of the top 100 realtors in Fresno County and has earned the "Five Star" award from Fresno Magazine for "Best in Client Satisfaction" two years in a row. She specializes in the Buchanan, Harlan Ranch and Quail Lake school districts in both sales and rentals.

While developing her real estate sales, Karin was instrumental in creating Valley Vista's property management business, and currently maintains a portfolio of more than 110 rental properties in Fresno County. Her experience includes 25 years in business management, marketing, and technical training. When not engaging in her passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through real estate investment, Karin can be found traveling with her family.
