Karen Zendels-Hagen began her career in the mortgage industry in 1995. She has consistently worked with top mortgage companies in Mortgage Planning Management and Marketing capacities, as well as co-owned her own Certified Mortgage Planning company before joining Waterstone Mortgage. A lot of people think that Karen is in the business of only doing mortgage loans. She really does not look at it this way. She will be helping you create, perhaps, the largest debt in your life, and therefore she has a responsibility to help you professionally manage that debt.
