I had been trying for several months to get a loan modification, being denied by the Bank on each occasion. I had tried some agencies and attorneys but they could do nothing for me. A friend took me to meet Mr. Eli Karpeles and he did what I believed was impossible. His ethics, hard work and dedication lead him to go beyond the call of duty. He is tenacious, highly competent and hard working, but more than everything else, he is compassionate and a great human being. It never would have happened without his help. I want to truly thank Mr. Karpeles, without whose help I shudder to imagine what could have happened to me.
