Kathleen A. Wohldmann, AGNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in cardiovascular disease. Kathleen sees patients aged 18 and above for cardiovascular conditions, including heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, valvular disease and more. She believes in treating the whole person, not only the condition, and that the provider-patient relationship is one of shared decision-making.
