I work with adolescents and adults managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, developmental disorders, and related mental health challenges. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide medication management, genetic testing, and psychotherapy informed by both clinical practice and research. My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and individually tailored.
My practice aims to create a space where clients feel safe, supported and valued. Whether we are exploring medication options, navigating a new diagnosis, or working through long-standing behavioral patterns, my goal is to help you feel informed and empowered to take an active role in your care.
