About us

Katie Groff, DO, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, focusing on the female reproductive system, pregnancy and childbirth (both vaginal and surgical). She provides monitoring, birthing support and specialized care in contraception, high-risk obstetrics, family planning, complex gynecology, fertility counseling and women's sexual health. Dr. Groff also offers advanced treatments, including minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery, as well as endometrial ablation.

She is dedicated to guiding patients through their journeys in life, emphasizing respect and attentive care for all. Dr. Groff focuses on empowering women to navigate and make their own choices confidently.

She is originally from York, Pennsylvania. Outside of medicine, Dr. Groff is a huge sports fan who enjoys playing volleyball and hiking in the desert. She believes that exercise can be one of the best medicines for many ailments.
