KBA is one of the largest and most capable project and construction management firms in the Northwest. We are small enough to be flexible and responsive, yet big enough to manage large and complex projects.

KBA’s home office is in Bellevue, Washington. We have offices in Olympia, Mount Vernon, and Yakima, along with numerous project offices located throughout Eastern and Western Washington.

Our staff includes full time Resident Engineers and Construction Managers, full time inspectors, Office Engineers, Project Administrators, Schedulers, and Contract Specialists.

To date, KBA has contributed to the delivery of projects amounting to more than $5 billion in construction value.

85% of our revenue has been as a Prime Consultant, which demonstrates KBA’s success at providing project leadership.
