Kealoha Events is a rip off. Makes you pay with cash but will ruin your party and not refund. Won't give you a receipt until you threaten him and then it will be hand written on scrap paper. This guy is a joker. His costumes are cheap, his balloon characters consist of sword. That's all that he makes and charges $100 extra for. He showed up late with wrong costume and would not give a refund. Said he'd come back to another party for a discounted rate to compensate. Didn't need you to come on different date with characters, nedded you to do that on the day I paid for, my daughter's birthday!
