Sundeep Sunny Singh was born and raised in the Bay Area. A seasoned professional in the mortgage industry, having entered the field in 2001 after earning a degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State Hayward. Throughout his career, Sunny has assisted over 3000 individuals in mortgage financing.

Happily married to his wife Crystal, they are proud parents of two sons and an English bulldog. In 2017, the family relocated to Placer County which reminded them of the small town feeling they once had in the Bay Area. Sunny's interests extend beyond his professional life, as he is passionate about cooking, a devoted Las Vegas Raiders fan, and enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his children. He also relishes exploring new destinations, with Lake Tahoe being a favorite.

In his view, the mortgage and real estate industries are evolving rapidly, and Sunny firmly believes that staying customer-centric is key to keeping pace with these changes. "My goal is to create a company which is the exact opposite of everything I encountered in the last 20 years being in the mortgage & real estate business. Create a culture where everyone is excited to come to work and it feels like family. Truth, just the facts combined with an easy, oversimplified process. The customer comes first always.
