Well don't we all just love HGTV? That's the best way to describe me! Small but mighty and loves all things real estate. I'm my own kind of my "Rehab Addict" I'm a Real Estate Broker in 3 New England states AND in South Carolina. I am also a General Contractor and Project Manager of property rehabs and new construction projects of my own. I've handled anything from a subdivision to a mobile home installation to a small rehab for clients. I believe in putting in the efforts to avail my clients the ability to move UP and out, not just out. That little extra effort is turned into dollars in which my clients can use towards their next purchase, if they so choose. At the same time, the buyers of these homes I renovate are grateful that it's all done for them and done right. My continued desire is to also build small home communities around the larger cities to help the workforce afford a place to call home.
